A. Give the data for the standard curve in the form of a table.
B. Label your table. Table should be in the actual body of the report and not on the graph.
C. Include a note under the table mentioning how you got the values of amount, volume and concentration in the table.
D. Plot the data of standard curve as a graph. Hand draw the graph on graph sheets. NO EXCEL GRAPH.
E. Label your x axis and y axis with units. Title your graph.
F. Calculate slope of the graph and show calculations in the appendix at the end of the report, not on the graph.
G. Give the Absorbance of the unknowns whose concentration you re going to determine using the slope of the standard curve,
H. Calculate concentration of unknown proteins using the slope.
