The leadership team has decided to develop the organizational culture of this new hospital around the concepts of evidence-based practice and continuous improvement. One of your first tasks is to work with the marketing department to create a brand that demonstrates the hospital’s organizational culture. You have been asked to assemble an interprofessional team to develop the mission statement, vision statement, and values that will guide the hospital. In addition, you will create signage to communicate them to the public.
