Use at least three scholarly sources (including the textbook) and remember to demonstrate a thorough understanding of any external reading assignments, the READ and the ATTEND sections in your essay. You are required to cite your sources in the current APA format.

After reviewing your external reading assignments for the NRF and NIMS, why do we have two separate documents for emergency management purposes? Could these two be merged to avoid confusion and streamline response during an emergency? Why or why not?
The Incident Command System (ICS) brings “organization to chaos” during a disaster or event. How should ICS be implemented and what key Command and General Staff positions should be activated. Defend the positions you have chosen to activate.
