Global Project Management – Storyboard based on analysis of the Case Study

This is a storyboard style report which I’ve picked Astra-Zeneca case(see attached file) from 3 case studies. Using 1 slide and find 4-6 pictures from Google paste into this slide. Each picture need a topic progressively. Using Agile Scrum, Scrumban and Kanaban to write a word file report 2000 words. Please see “Storyboard Sample and components” file to show some detail for Agile methods (please see page 1-4): Develop a Storyboard, including a logical flow of images that will demonstrate your findings and recommendations. ? Prepare a written report that will support your findings and recommendations and insert this document into the Storyboard. ? You should consider your audience and how much time they will have to understand the Storyboard, when deciding on the graphic images which you will use. Evaluate the current project management approach within the selected case study and recommend relevant improvements that will ensure that the project delivers value to thestakeholders and organisation. Please see Assessment Brief for writing guidelines and structure. The Report will support the images within the Storyboard and consist of the following structure: ? Title page containing the Title of the Report, Student Name, Student ID, Learning Facilitator name, Word Count, and Date Submitted ? Executive Summary providing the summary of your report, and summarising your findings and your recommendations ? Table of Content with the structure of your report, including page number and headings ? Introduction detailing the background and specific area of theory addressed in the Storyboard ? Body of the Report detailing your findings and elaborating on specific images within the Storyboard ? Conclusion, detailing your recommendations and elaborating on the recommendations image within the Storyboard ?
