Human Right Issue
Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) formulated in 1948 is the basis of modern human rights whose major aim was to hinder violation of rights. The rights include all the freedoms pertaining to inclusivity despite one’s race, sex, nationality and religion. They are universal, indivisible and unforfeitable. The article by Bweta (2014) discusses freedoms such as right to education, protection from discrimination and protection of minority are among the few to be addressed.
Description by Sharon (2014) states that educated children will have basic social and life skill making them active members of a peaceful community. The compulsory nature of right to education should be meant to promote more extrapolate nature of rights among different religions and races to fortify peace.
Through governing bodies education resources make a big change when creating personalized learning communities. This can be through differentiative programs and treatments. Instead it should build and nature equality in educational opportunities. Programs and practices in education need to meet total realization of gender identity. In such, deconstruction of gender hackney in promoting equality through experiences and relations is ensured for both sexes. This will bring leveling access to education rights by all.
Education can be encouraged through reduction of discrimination in institutions. This brings fair treatment regardless of race, ones background and financial status. An illustration by Ahmed (2014) argues that due to the hegemony of dominant groups, majorities always get power over minorities. This has derived minority groups their most deserved right. That rights issue can be relevant in distinguishing needs and entitlements that maybe demanded by different minorities groups.
