Personally, Microsoft Excel is primarily used for managing my daily house expenses at home. I have created monthly expense reports that pointed out my monthly income and spending obligations. This process has been fundamental in tracking my spending habits, considering that I have personal investment objectives that must be obtained within particular durations. The excel program has a data warehouse feature that allows the budget structure and data to be held which is fundamental in budgeting. This tool is fundamental in ensuring that the spreadsheets remain intact and any necessary adjustments can be made. The monthly expense data that is reported is used to create a comprehensive monthly expense report which consequently highlights the top expenditure segments. This information will establish whether I am spending on the right things accordingly or minimizing or eliminating some. The expenditure and required savings patterns highlighted are important in reaching the desired objectives.
