This discussion forum is the first part of a two-part integration. The peer and instructor feedback you receive in this discussion forum will be integrated and submitted in this week’s written assignment. You must provide feedback on your peers’ initial posts by Day 5 of this week.
In this discussion forum, you will reflect on your learning thus far in the course and consider how you will apply what you have learned in your own career. Prior to beginning work on this discussion forum, please review your notes on the chapters and articles you have read thus far in the course.
In an initial post of at least 300 words, and referencing at least two scholarly sources,
· Reflect on core concepts associated with leadership and management roles and responsibilities.
· Discuss what you have learned about leadership and management roles and responsibilities.
· Defend what you believe are the most important differences between leadership and management.
Guided Response: Answer any questions your instructor has about your initial post, and review several of your classmates’ posts, prioritizing those who have not received feedback, and respond to at least three of your classmates’ posts by Day 5.
Discuss the extent to which you and your classmate agreed upon the most important differences between leadership and management. Offer suggestions or examples of differences between leadership and management that would help your classmate better understand your perspective or that would reinforce a shared perspective you both have. Each of your responses to your classmates should be at least 100 words in length.
