*staffing, nurse-to-patient ratios, workforce issues are organizational/system /political/administrative/multi-stakeholder problems which nursing cannot solve independently.

Describe a significant nursing clinical issue, topic of interest, or practice problem that is important to you. Describe why you chose the problem/topic.
Write your clinical question in the PICO(T) format for your nursing practice problem.

The following issues should not be addressed:

Problems relating to medicine, doctors, and physicians, such as drugs, medication administration or side effects, diagnostics such as EKGs, lab tests, and cardiac catheterizations.

Organizational/system/political/administrative/multi-stakeholder difficulties that nursing cannot handle on its own include staffing, nurse-to-patient ratios, and workforce issues. Nursing cannot solve these problems on its own.

Define and describe a significant nursing clinical issue, topic of interest, or practice concern that you believe is noteworthy. Explain why you choose the problem/topic you did.
