Dear finance, operations and governance team
Status: STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL
Re: New training and education legislation that will likely be accepted this week by Cabinet.
A reputable source from the Parliament has suggested that there is a possibility that the government would later this week announced a new legislation on training and education. The new policy would require higher education qualifications for some of English language programs.
This clearly means a number of current staff members will be required to either upgrade their qualifications or we will not be able to offer them continuing employment.
As this information is highly confidential until confirmed by Cabinet, no one outside the organisation should discuss it. Nevertheless, teams must begin to consider the effect of this plan on existing qualifications, people and operations.
Manager
HR and Operations
