Instructions
Example Problem Situations:
The hospital is close to a military base, but it currently does not accept Tricare insurance.
The nursing home is not Medicare or Medicaid certified.
The assisted living facility is private pay only and has to turn away patients with insurance and/or
Medicare.
Choose one of the problems above and address it using the steps of problem solving discussed in your
text.
