The executing group was the Astral Trio, Nicolas Kendall on the Violin, Clancy Newman on the Cello, and Anna Polonsky on the Piano. They performed on Monday, November 5, 2001 at the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts.
The Cerritos Center is exceptionally fashionable and posh or possibly I think like this because it was my first clip in a musical concert. In fact, I was nervous since I didn? T know where to walk but the centre was good co-ordinated plus I was helped all the manner to my place. My place was located at the forepart left subdivision of the concert hall. It was an equal place location for the ground that I could clearly detect and listen to the performing artists rather good. The phase lighting was all right because it focused on the performing artists. The lone job I noticed was that the seats were highly uncomfortable and excessively compact to each other.
There was one particular characteristic at the terminal of the concert, it was an encore presentation of another motion in the Trio in B Major of Johannes Brahms.
The age of the audience scope from kids every bit immature as 5 old ages to elder grownups. Almost everybody dressed otherwise but all were dressed suited for the juncture. The behaviour towards the performing artists was back uping and good liked reactions sing the pieces they played.
The first piece played was Trio in G Major, Op 1 No. 2 by Ludwig van Beethoven of the Classical Period. The public presentation medium was the Orchestra Trio ; they used of all three instruments in the full piece. ( Violin, Cello, and Piano ) The texture of the piece it self was homophonic. The piece besides used ample terraced kineticss or gradual dynamic alteration throughout the piece.
The first motion was in a fast pacing, with a nice but non tricky beat. Since it was rather difficult to retrieve when it was over. The 2nd motion was in a slow pacing, it really dramatic. It made me sad as if person died. The audience seemed captivated by heartache it projected. The 3rd motion was like the first but changed w/ higher tones in a fast pacing.
The 2nd piece played was Cafe Music by Paul Schoenfield of the Twentieth Century. The public presentation medium was the Orchestra Trio ; they used of all three instruments in the full piece.
The texture of the piece was polyphonic/homophonic.
The full piece was smooth and suave, capturing tune for any minute. The first motion was in fast pacing ; it resembled a get it traveling beat, a small slow dance like. The 2nd motion was in a slow pacing ; this motion was like stating adieu to something but non in an unhappy mode. The 3rd motion was similar to the ritornello signifier ; it had facets of the first motion.
The last piece played was Trio in B Major, Op. 8 by Johannes Brahms of the Romantic Period. The public presentation medium was the same every bit good as the instruments played. The texture of the piece was homophonic/polyphonic. This piece had a harmonic and loosen uping tune. The first motion was in a fast but some parts slow pacing. This motion was the most relaxing of all.
The 2nd motion was in a fast pacing ; the music played was like reminiscing old clip playing on a hilly grass field. The 3rd motion was in a slow pacing, non projecting sorrow cape but more like peaceableness. The last motion was in a fast pacing ; it had high flood tide point that marked the terminal of the chief subject.
The piece that had the most emotional consequence on me was the 2nd motion in the Beethoven piece. It was so dramatic that it made retrieve the times when I had to allow travel some of the individual I loved the most. The concert itself was great but that motion truly agitate me.
