You will ascertain from the information provided that the McLeod family was reported to child safety authorities due to fears that Jimmy was being emotionally abused by his father. This notification was made by Mrs. Moffatt (the McLeod family’s neighbour).

Presenting Problem Mrs. Moffatt is very concerned about the behaviour of Jimmy McLeod.
