Other: Identify and explain any other matters that are important for the initiation and conduct of the
project. Focus on charter issues of importance between the project sponsor and the project
manager. This section is not for describing the project plan
Include a very basic budget. The main cost will be your time. Estimate your time and apply an
appropriate rate. We will not be tracking against the budget, but preparing a budget will require
some thinking regarding project costs, level of effort, kinds of resources needed, etc.
