Aim
The aim about the review is to give dietary advice for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and thereby prevent and control incidence of diabetes

Why this topic
More than half of the problems of diabetes can be treated with right intake of food and can lead a normal life along with lifestyle modifications , health fitness and a strict diet which all later leads to improved quality of life and higher standards of life when taken in foods appropriate for diabetes

Background
Diabetes mellitus is a condition where blood sugar levels are higher than in normal people without diabetes
Diabetic mellitus occurs due to various reasons and they are broadly divided into three types based on how they present clinically
Among the three type 2 diabetes mellites is more commonly present and has very high clinical significance

Expected outcomes
By having the right intake of food and avoiding foods excess in fat content and having more of protein rich food substances the incidence and mortality of diabetes can be prevented at an early stage and hence lead them towards healthier lifestyles than the normal people who do not have this condition
