The topic is for a psychology based subject on gratitude.

Describe foundational concepts Discuss a specific self-care strategy from the choices provided in terms of what it is (15%) How would you describe doing this activity to somebody unfamiliar with it? Discuss a specific self-care strategy from the choices provided in terms of how it works (15%) Focus on: a) potential outcomes of the activity, and b) mechanisms of action which lead to Think critically about the specific self-care strategy you discuss • Contextual factors around doing the activity (e.g., who should [not] do it, when, why, how?) • Limitations or critique of the activity • Potential directions for future research about the activity • Other real-world implications

Ill be putting the information onto a video with voice over

but ill still need APA 7 references
This is some additional information that might help you.
Outcomes: These are the broad reasons for doing the activity – what you might “get out of” doing it, the end goal. This could include improved mental/physical health/well-being, or decreased stress/increased relaxation, or decreased depressive/anxious symptomatology and so on. Outcomes can be quite general, and are often common to multiple approaches discussed through the semester (though there may be specific things that are relevant to different approaches, and these should be mentioned). Usually, outcomes can be covered more briefly than mechanisms, but must still be supported by scholarly evidence

Mechanisms of action: These are what come in between doing the activity and experiencing the outcome. Mechanisms of action tend to be more specific and detailed than outcomes, and may warrant extra space in your answer. Again, use research evidence to support your response (criterion 4). Mechanisms can be biological/physiological (e.g., in between doing yoga and the outcome of stress reduction, there may be a relaxation response, which is associated with a reduction in heart rate and respiration, and a decrease in stress hormones circulating in the bloodstream) or psychological (e.g., in between doing yoga and the outcome of enhanced well-being, there may be a reduction in negative thoughts/worries/rumination). There may also be a proposed mechanism of action according to a theory or model; e.g., a well-being model might indicate that certain thoughts, feelings, or behaviours are important
