Look through New York’s state constitution to see what types of clauses are included in the state’s Bill of Rights (or Declaration of Rights).
Your job is to search online to find the state’s constitution (New York). I want you to go through the constitution you have been assigned and find three rights that seem distinctive from the rights guaranteed in the U.S. Bill of Rights. Among these three, find at least one that you think is especially good to include in the state Bill of Rights and at least one that you think seems inappropriate. In addition, make sure you show evidence that you did the related readings on state constitutions that I will provide.
