Part 1: Nursing leadership
Overview: Each student will produce a plan for implementing a change project in nursing departments throughout the organization. The student will begin by selecting one area for improvement of within his, or her healthcare organization and propose a change to solve the problem. An outline of a plan for conducting a change project in nursing departments across the organization will be produced by each student. The first thing the student will do is choose one area inside his or her healthcare organization that has room for improvement and then suggest a modification that may be made to address the issue.
