Assignment Week 3: Organ donation and transplantation
Recall this week’s presentation. Does a person in need of an organ transplant have a moral right to obtain that transplant, supposing the availability of the needed organ? Remember the presentation from this week. Is it a person’s moral obligation to ensure that a person in need of an organ transplant is able to receive such transplant, provided that there is a suitable organ available?
How should we choose who gets a transplant, supposing that there are not enough organs for all who need them?
