Write a response or post a short video (2-3 minutes) answering the following questions.
“What’s your ideal work environment?” is a common job interview question. Based on what you’ve learned in your professional experience and using vocabulary from the readings, how might you answer this question honestly?
Choose an organization that you have worked or volunteered for. Using vocabulary from the readings, describe its culture and structure. Do you think these were appropriate for the type of work this organization does? Why or why not?
In a post-COVID world, what type of companies should move towards a flatter, more organic structure? What types of companies should choose a different structure? Why?
