In what ways can awareness of your own cultural identity be both beneficial and problematic when working with someone from the same ethnic and socioeconomic background as yourself? How does it feel when there is cultural familiarity? How does that differ from when someone talking to you thinks they know about your background just from reading about a group to which you identify?
