PHASE 2 RESPONSIBILITIES Simon – Part B Notes for section to write:
1) A Feasibility Analysis Study examines operational, technical, economic, and schedule factors. Operational Factor: Support and approval from all stakeholders have been reached. New contact data will mitigate security risks with contacting wrong POCs or the wrong client on sensitive information Economic Factor: Octopus is a third party app we will use to download all contact data from Salesforce – FREE Field Trip is a third party app we will use to clean contact data – FREE Salesforce Administrators we will have to pay for doing this cleanup – Modernizing Medicine employs about 3 Salesforce Administrators. The national average they get paid is like $45 an hour, so if the project runs for 2 weeks, then do $45 x 8 hours a day x 14 days to see how much the cost will be to have them do this project. Salesforce license for 5 BAs (us as a group) is $25 a month (I can’t think of any more costs right now Simon, but if you think of one please add it. Thalie did say it shouldn’t really cost anything that much higher than S2000.) Technical Factor: We already have Salesforce in ModMed and employed Salesforce Administrators at the company. We also have a Salesforce sandbox where we can ask SMEs to UAT test refreshed contact data and rules built in before new contact data is deployed in our actual Salesforce environment. Schedule Feasiibility: (Simon I’ll leave this up to you, but build a chart on the timeline based on the timeline I gave Bilal below.)
