Being already a public traded company and with an estimated annual sales amounting to more than $16 billion, Anheuser-Busch has grown to become a company of huge economic force in the united states and the globe (Anheuser-Busch, 2019). The company has several divisions and subsidiaries across the US and the world, a factor which makes it a very large company. Due to its extensive nature, Anheuser-Busch now has a very high demand or need to integrate information technology services into its business operations. Currently, Anheuser-Busch is utilizing technology to promote its operational and commercial growth as well as increasing its sustainability by relocating its information technology operations to the cloud (Anheuser-Busch, 2019). Having such measures in place requires a solid entries system and procedures operations and this discussion seeks to establish Anheuser-Busch enterprise content management structure.
Existing system and procedures
