TASK 1: APPRENTICE CHALLENGE! (mock interview for apprenticeship job)

The aim of the module is to develop academic and employability skills through various challenges.
In your groups decide an organization you will be hiring employees for/ applying for jobs.
All group members need to fairly distribute the role amongst each other of 2 group member’s as the Employers who will be taking the interview (interviewer) & 2 group members who will giving the interview (interviewee’s). This number can be adjusted according to the number of people in your groups.
Interviewer must ask 4 common interview questions for example: Tell me about yourself? Why do you want to work for the company? What are your strengths and weaknesses? Where do you see yourself in 5 years’ time? Remember these are just Example’s! Please do your research with your group members and try to explore different questions you can ask employee’s you want to hire relevant to your chose organization.
Interviewee: To prepare for the interview for example; do research about the chosen organization, Dress Smart, show good body language and confidence!
Role play interview- this to be done as a live brief in the zoom session with all students taking active roles and participation.
Time allocated Per Group 5 MINUTES IN TOTAL.
