The woman's neighbor got her to go to the doctor, and today is the first time in three years that this 78-year-old woman has seen a doctor. The older woman says that her sister's death has left her very tired and sad. Neither the patient nor her sister has been married. A niece who lives about 30 miles away came to the funeral.
