This project would require you to compile graphs as you discover crime charges and developments for town as an entire and on your precinct in explicit. To get began:
Step 1: Collect your information.
Go to NYC.gov’s Discover Your Precinct web page and enter your given zip code (11232) to search out your precinct.
Then go to the
NYPD’s CompStat 2.zero (http://www1.nyc.gov/web site/nypd/stats/crime-statistics/historic.web page)
. Use this software to:
Graph the variety of seven main felony offenses, NYC broad, between 2000 and 2020 (put all 7 on a single line graph)
Graph the variety of seven main felony offenses in your precinct between 2000 and 2020 (put all 7 on a single line graph)
Omitting rape, contemplate the offenses which have seen the best change in reported crime in your district by each share and variety of reported crimes during the last 4 years
Step 2: Write a brief essay of 500-600 phrases that solutions the next questions:
