Good Morning
There are many challenges that come with using new software. When using software many different things need to happen to make sure there aren’t any issues. Many changes happen when using software and it is important to make sure all parties understand what updates get applied to software. One strategy I can recommend is having IT support present to make sure the new system is operating properly. The IT should be in the house, so the organization won’t have to hire any outside workers. Hiring outside IT support can cause data breaching issues. Another recommendation I can make is having a trial run of the new system to make sure when it is actually implemented and switched with the old system the users will have a good understanding of its processes. Some situations where these approaches would be valid would be in an organization like Comcast. Comcast is a large business and they are always adding, removing, and upgrading software, when they do they always have IT support in-house to make sure when the new system is installed there can be troubleshooting available if any issues were to arise.
