Explain the primary issues for this case.
Explain the evidence-based requirements and coverage for cancer therapies and clinical trials.
Explain how payment of services was influenced as result of evidence-based requirements.
Directions to student: The final paragraph (three or four sentences) of your initial post should summarize the one or two key points that you are making in your initial response. You will be writing three or more discussion posts per week.
Your main post must be two to three substantive paragraphs 150-200 total words and include at least two APA-formatted citations/references.
Keep it sample use sample basic words. Focus more on real life example. Give real examples focus more on the question that been ask. Less citations more on what’s going on the real world. Relate the question to real life example. Keep it as basic as possible. Writing the words as English is second language.

Evidence Development Policy
The primary issue in this case study involve challenges in the clinical research enterprise and the evolution of medicare from payer to purchaser. These issues are critical in the development of medicare systems to ensure the inception of the evidence based requirements for medical coverage of cancer. Therefore, this has led to the improvement in the provision of care to cancer patients (Amankwaa, 2017).
The evidence based requirements and coverage of cancer therapies and clinical trials involves, first the determination of the stage of cancer. After identifying the stage of cancer other factors which are critical in cancer therapy and clinical trials involve knowing whether there is need for surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy. At the preliminary stages there is need to identify the scope and magnitude of CED-NCD trials. Sufficient data needs to be established to support the existence of cancer before any trails are done. Thereafter, pharmaceutical companies were charged into providing drugs free of charge. Finally, more data collection was to be done to ensure proper support is obtained before establishing a therapy or trial to avoid failures in the provision of medicare (Buchbinder et al., 2014).
Provision of care for cancer patients had become critical such that payment of services was become relevant for the evidence-based requirements. Therefore, this led to a situation where there was development of technology which was to be used in advancing data collection as well as administering cancer therapies. Eventually this led to the payer becoming he purchaser of this evidence-based requirements (Robert et al., 2018).
In conclusion, primary issues involve the establishment of evidence-based requirements for cancer medicare as well as fighting the challenges there in. also, the need to collect data for cancer trials and therapies led to the payment of services to support evidence-based requirements.
