PPT slides explain the required procedures of conducting the literature review.Your goal is to write a literature review for the sub-problem that you selected. The main goal of the literature review section is to educate yourself and the readers about your topic. The best way to educate yourself and others about your topic is to start by defining or explaining the main constructs or concepts within your topic area. After that, you can write about main ideas or relationships in relation to those constructors or concepts discussed in prior literature. The literature review should somehow lead refined research questions and clear propositions or hypotheses. I would prefer that you write a concept-centric literature review. However, an author-centered literature review will also be accepted. You literature review should be comprised of at least 10 credible sources (e.g. journal articles, books, dissertations, etc.).

Write one paragraph articulating the general managerial problem area that you are trying to address with your research

Literature Review

What do you expect to find as a result of conducting your study? Formulate one or more research hypotheses. Your hypotheses should be related to your literature review (they should not come “out of nowhere”). Please make sure your explain and provide theoretical justification for each of your hypotheses
