Global Perspective Assignment

QA
I believe that globalization is an important factor for this project’s success. CRM mainly focuses on creating long-term relationships with clients; globalization serves to enhance this experience. Globalization has changed the world into a global village, and augmented its interconnectivity via the help of the internet (Osterhammel & Petersson, 2009). As such, globalization presents many business opportunities for the organization; therefore, the company can now have access to new markets. As a system analyst, I can adopt globalization and outsourcing of e-commerce globalization initiatives that will make sure that the company’s clients across the world have suitable experiences as they converse, collaborate, and transact on the internet-in spite of language, location, business practices, or culture. The international market is operates 24/7-this makes it possible for company clients to carry out price comparisons simply, and the company can provide feedback to customers’ queries regarding the status of their orders instantly. Furthermore, FAQ pages offer simple access to customer support, enabling the company to collect customer information, evaluate it, and respond on the basis of present data. As such, costs of information are significantly decreased or eliminated.
QB
Globalization presents various challenges. The introduction of e-business in many countries has activated economic imbalances capable of endangering domestic industries; this can be attributed to absolute or comparative advantage of other nations in certain industries (Chatzoglou & Chatzoudes, 2016). This might negatively affect the adoption of the ERP system in the affected countries. The persistent dependence on indigenous cultural practices characterized by conservatism and complacency is some African countries significantly hinder the diversification needed by contemporary e-business. Interconnectivity through online platforms presents challenges on ERP arrangement by creating room for gathering of personally identifiable individual information and affecting non-personal information like the personal computer, server, browser type etc. As a consequence, transaction confidence is eroded due to infringement and unwarranted access to business information. The unlawful intrusion into personal information through surfing or hacking exposes the secrets of the company. To function effectively, the ERP system needs demographic data, and this data often changes, thus affecting the company’s ability to make accurate e-business decisions. The changes are attributable to the rapid population growth observed in many countries across the world.
QC
Issues related to the economies of different countries can be mitigated by ensuring e-technologies are made available to affected domestic industries at reasonable costs. More so, there is the need to solidify the industrial base of the countries’ economies. This will decrease the acute dependence on developed nations for local consumables, also helping to maintain foreign earning accumulating to those countries. In tackling challenges resulting from cultural matters, there is the need to work closely with teams from these countries to encourage them to influence locals to embrace globalization. Security and legal issues can be addressed by putting stringent measures aimed at securing privacy. The company can adopt the utilization of match codes hiding the identities of consumers to ward off threats. In light of the rapid demographic changes, the company needs to adopt the use of tracking systems aimed at tracking changes in demographic data allowing it to remain updated and thus make accurate decisions that meet the needs of these populations.
QD

Contact relevant security firms to begin initiatives focused on securing consumers’ personal information.
