Guidance and Coaching Paper
Students will demonstrate understanding of the APRN guidance and coaching competency through this paper. The student will define guidance and coaching and will identify a theory (or combination of theories) that reflects their personal beliefs about the guidance and coaching process in relation to APRN patient care.
The student will evaluate the current health care system and consider its influence on the APRN’s ability to adequately perform the guidance and coaching process with their patients. Based on the student’s analysis, they will make recommendations for systematic changes in the healthcare system which could improve the delivery, access, and outcomes of healthcare relating to the guidance and coaching function of the APRN.
The paper should be 5-6 pages in length and conform to APA guidelines (title page, headers, reference page required). APA 7th Edition- Student Edition is required. A minimum of four (4) scholarly references will be used to support the student’s ideas.
Students are required to submit a DRAFT copy of their paper to the draft drop box, run the similarity report, review the similarity report and correct any issues with plagiarism and similarity > 15% prior to submitting their final paper into the FINAL paper drop box. Students who do not submit the draft copy of their paper before the due date, will receive 10 points off the final paper grade regardless of the quality of the final paper submission.
