Select one article from the two options provided – Refer to the Assessment section on Moodle for web links to the three articles.
Conduct a review of the article with a focus on information systems. In particular your assessment must include:
- What was the problem? - relate this to inefficiencies in the existing business processes.
- What type of Information Systems were used to solve the problem - explain the additional support functions and improvements that were made to the existing business processes upon introduction of the particular information system (or systems).
- Explain how the Information systems support the corporate mission and strategies, and help the company gain a competitive advantage.

The required word length of this individual assessment is 1000-1500 words. You are required to embed at least three (3) academic references to support your responses, properly referenced. References should be from credible sources such as books, industry-related journals, magazines, company documents and academic journal articles. Ideally, relevant academic journal articles should be used for academic discussion.
