NEED IN 4 HOURS NO EXCEPTION

You are in the final six months of your expatriate assignment. Your manager advised that you will return to the same position you held prior to your departure, although the scope of responsibilities and duties has increased 20%. You will be compensated at the same salary with only a 4% increase in the base pay. You sold your house prior to your departure, and your spouse can no longer work because of an injury that occurred while overseas, so your cost of living has also increased.

ANSWER THE ABOVE QUESTION AND THEN REPLY TO MY CLASSMATE RESPONSE TO THE ABOVE QUESTIONS AND EXPLAIN WHY YOU AGREE? (A MINIMUM OF 125 WORDS or MORE EACH!!!)
                                                                 CLASSMATE'S RESPONSE
An increase in the responsibilities and duties of expatriates requires more effort in order to meet the job demands. One is supposed to be compensated in order to put the extra effort for the added duties. The expatriate should inform the manager about the increased cost of living due to the injury sustained by his spouse. The manager should note the increased responsibilities in the family which cannot be met with the current salary. The expatriates should be expected to perform all duties including the spouse’s roles financially. I will let the manager know the responsibilities amounted to me and the dependence level which has increased. It will be reasonable to receive an increment in my salary in order to cater for the responsibilities in the family and at my work place.
