Goals and Objectives

Using Bloom’s Taxonomy, the following are the goals and objectives that I am looking forward to achieve throughout my practicum experience for this course;  

Goal 1: Upon successfully completing this course, I will be able to collect comprehensive data pertinent to the trends, situation, and issue.

1. Objective: I will be able to identify the trends in the medical field to ensure quality care to the patients.
2. Objective: I will be in a position to analyze the issues that the nursing and rehabilitation center is facing.
3. Objective: I will be able to identify the situation of the nursing and rehabilitation center and come up with solutions to ensure quality care.
4. Objective: I will be in a position to develop a plan that will extinguish the issue at hand and the situation that the institution is facing.
5. Objective: I will be able to evaluate the progress of the institution after the implementation of the plan to solve the issue situation.

Goal 2: After the completion of this course, I will be in a position to evaluate my own nursing practice in relation to the guidelines of professional practice and the rules and regulations.

1. Objective: I will be able to analyze the knowledge that I have attained based on the rules and regulations of nursing practice to provide quality care.
2. Objective: I will be able to interact and work with colleagues to enhance my professional nursing practices.
3. Objective: I will be able to act according to what is expected of me as a nurse practitioner.
4. Objective: I will be in a position to maintain an ethical practice of care delivery while using evidence-based practices.

Goal 5: As I finish this course, I will have the skill to research findings to constantly improve the quality of care of the nursing and rehabilitation center.

4. Objective: I will be able to promote health protection interventions by providing the best quality care which is free from misdiagnosis, which can be easily avoided by being cautious in the medical field.
5. Objective: I will be able to use resources in the organization through the correct diagnosis of patients.
