Many people never say no to their supervisor’s for the fear of losing respect. But some of the things assigned to the juniors are inappropriate and need to be addressed without acting as rejecting the management.

You can acknowledge the work assigned and thereafter meet them to discuss the issue. This can be meet by talking about the whole subject and narrowing it down outlining the negative effects.
