Nations control immigration due to an increase in government debts and budget,Crime and terrorism ,culture erosion and economic enequalities.
2. Why do nations control their borders?
Border control has been placed by most of the nation’s to avoid illegal activities from a country to another, for instance, illegal trafficking of people .Terrorism and transportation of terrorist weapons have been limited in the last few years due to the nations controlling their borders.
3. What would happen to Nations that had none of these controls?
There would be free entry and exit from one country to another which would discourage economic activities such as tourism,inadequate housing, overload of sewages, inadequate medical and social facilities. Countries with no border control are like Hawaii and Alaska.

The jurisdiction document which has rules on control of immigrant’s.The supreme clause which is an interpretation of the federal laws

No. Countries have no role in to play in creating policies. Illegal immigration has been cracked down by states and the jurisdiction which has been challenged in the court of law.
