Instructions for Creating a Benefits Presentation
You are the Human Resource Manager, who is now responsible for creating and communicating a benefits package to your new employees. Please follow the directions below and submit the presentation as a PowerPoint with no more than 15 slides. The presentation must be narrated. See the separate guide for Kaltura.

· Create a company, explaining to us what you are and what you do.
· Provide information on the benefits package that each employee will receive. The components of the plan must include the 6 areas listed below; however, you will decide the actual offerings provided in each category:
1. Company Benefits Philosophy
2. Pay for Time Not Worked
3. Mandatory Benefits
4. Discretionary benefits, e.g.:
· Health
· Life
· Accident Coverage
· Retirement Plans, e.g.,
· Pension
· 401(k)
· Profit Sharing
· Stock Options
5. Work/Life Balance, e.g.:
· Flexible Schedules
· Subsidized Child Care
· Sick Child Care
· Elder Care
· EAP
· Personal Services
6. Innovative/Unique Options
