Justification for Using a Single Case Study
Single case studies involves complex research cases that are unique compared to multiple situations. A single case study requires more time and teamwork from colleagues to make the education successful. A single case study consists of diverse designs, for instance, the quasi-experimental design, which is flexible and easy to implement compared to larger case design. The paper is a justification of Governance of M-government as a single-case study.
Governance of M-government is a single case study that concentrates entirely on the case, as well as the information, provided suits the research topic (Alonazi, Beloff, and White, 2019, page 633-637). The study focuses on the implementation of M-mobile, giving information about the enablers and inhibitors of mobile governance. The study consist of unique features that achieve the study objectives which concentrates on research purpose. M-government governance has three precise goals, where it relies on findings and investigations done during the study.
Additionally, M- governance is a qualitative type of research where, in most cases, single –case studies uses the qualitative method as a research design. The instance uses both primary and secondary sources investigation process where through the research enablers and inhibitors of m-governance implementation are provided (Alonazi, Beloff, and White, 2019, page 633-637). A single case is supported by the use of other past studies from publications that gives information on the importance and challenges encountered in implementing m-governance. During the research, the study compares and views previous case studies developed about the implementation of m-governance and past recommendations for further analysis.
The case study focuses on intervention and outcomes through the use of qualitative research methodology. The survey of m-governance in the government uses a qualitative to show credibility, validity, and reliability. The single case study has used convincing information to test the applicability of m-governance and determine possible challenges and effective management of m-governance when implemented.
