To overcome these challenges and implement a successful knowledge management system, organizations can take the following steps:

Specifications of the literature review paper:
You can search for the guidelines of “Literature review article” however they following sections should be covered as well.
1- Title
2- Abstract
3- Five keywords
4- Introduction
General framework on the relevant concept, what has been said and what is needed to be studied (the research gap). the objectives and importance of this review.
5- Literature review
Introduce this section by explaining what you are going to cover. Provide the theoretical definition and background for relevant concepts. Identify the studied theories and provide the findings.
Divide the section to sub-sections by giving common themes from the previous findings. For example, if your writing on the barriers of any KM cycle you may sub-section them as
– Organizational culture
– Leadership
– Technology
– Lack of skills
– Lack of strategy
– Etc.
Then you need to provide theoretical and previously empirical evidences to support your claims. Try to find previous researches which are supporting your arguments. No claim without either empirical or theoretical support.
6- Method of the review
Explain how you conducted the review? For example, by systematic review?
Tell they reader the way you have found the sources and arranged the content.
7- Conclusion
Provide a specific, clear and concrete conclusion for what you have achieved.
