Discussion Question 1: End users play crucial information system project management roles. From your study, list, describe, and prioritize, these roles with your justification for the prioritization.

Business analyst. The business analyst is responsible for gathering and understanding the needs of the end users, and translating those needs into technical requirements. They work closely with the end users to ensure that the system meets their needs, and they also work with the development team to ensure that the system is developed in a way that is feasible and cost-effective.
Tester. The tester is responsible for testing the system to ensure that it meets all of the requirements and that it is free of defects. They work closely with the development team to identify and fix any defects that are found.
Trainer. The trainer is responsible for training the end users on how to use the system. They work with the end users to understand their needs and to develop training materials that are tailored to their specific needs.
Supporter. The supporter is responsible for providing support to the end users after the system has been implemented. They answer questions, resolve problems, and make changes to the system as needed.
These roles are all important to the success of an information system project. The business analyst ensures that the system meets the needs of the end users, the tester ensures that the system is free of defects, the trainer ensures that the end users know how to use the system, and the supporter provides support to the end users after the system has been implemented.

The prioritization of these roles is based on the following factors:
