Requirement
1.The overall goal is to create a document that is valuable to the restaurant CEO. To do so, it will generate recommendations that the CEO finds useful and implementable. To understand the CEOs view it is necessary to meet with the CEO and get their viewpoint.This is a consulting engagement,suggestions will help CEO implement the idea.
2. Recommendations need to be specific, including
1. How much does this cost?
2. Do I need to hire someone?
3. How do I create content?
4. How do I determine if the benefits exceed the costs?
5. How do I best access my target market?
It will have to help the CEO go from where there are now, to create a plan to actually implement your idea. So in this case you might create a marketing strategy and describe the steps to create and implement it.
3. It should probably ask questions like: “How can we help you achieve this solution?”
4. To be convincing, it need to show calculations that the idea makes sense. CEOs will see that our initiatives cost money to implement. It need to make a convincing case that the benefits will significantly exceed the costs. Show them the math. show that we are getting to specifics and are thinking through your recommendation carefully.
Step( guideline)
1. Add value and be feasible.
2. Undergo market analysis and financial analysis to convince the reader it can work.
3. Be concrete, and get to the specifics of implementation (i.e., The How).
4. It has to be insightful—so much so that the CEO feels like you understand her situation.
5. Increase either revenues or profits significantly if correctly implemented.
6. Impress the CEO who feels like you are adding value to the business. Let us know CEO comments.
