Evaluate views of the entry into practice of the RN to determine if
they have changed over the decades.
Include the following in your discussion:
Review Chapter 6 regarding the description of the stereotype of
ADN/BSN nurses as “blue collar” and MSN/APRN as “White
collar” and the view of other professions as they see the 40-year
long argument on entry level to practice as an inability to get
along.
Find two scholarly journal articles in the Grantham library
database. One article should be at least 20 years-old and one, less
than five-years old.
