1. Preferential treatment of women or racial minorities in hiring and granting of jobs/contracts/offers of admission.
The essay will consist of the body paragraph ONLY. NO INTRODUCTION OR CONCLUSION IS REQUIRED.
Points on writing the body paragraph are already given. You are only required to elaborate on the points in the pdf with research citation (Look for research papers to back the statements) as backup and join the points to form two separate paragraphs for arguments in support of the topic and otherwise. (The paper when done shouldn’t contain bullet points but rather form paragraphs, key points are given as bullet points to act as a guide)
