My practice problem is the need for colorectal cancer (CRC) screenings in the primary care setting PICO question is “Would educating staff in a primary care setting on using an evidence-based CRC assessment tool based on screening guidelines help identify patients at the highest risk, thereby decreasing morbidity. My practice issue is the lack of colorectal cancer (CRC) screenings in primary care. “Would educating personnel in a primary care context on the use of an evidence-based CRC assessment tool based on screening guidelines Help identify patients at highest risk, hence minimizing morbidity?” is the PICO question.

The tool that will be recommended is The Colorectal Cancer Risk Assessment tool from NIH (National Cancer Institute). Link to tool below.
