Summarize your findings in three paragraphs.
Now, formulate a qualitative approach for assessing whether the Bear Cubs Foods Company (you are an Operations Manager for Bear Cubs Foods) should develop an oatmeal-based product to compete in this space. Describe your approach, the objectives of it, and how you would proceed to execute it to provide input into this decision.
