Individual Project
The individual project consists of a 10-15 written employee handbook. You’re to take the ideas discovered in school and formulate a handbook for a firm.
Matters to be lined however not restricted to are:
· Firm’s mission
· EEO coverage
· Hours of work
· Paid holidays
· Annual go away, trip go away, sick go away, bereavement go away, navy go away, and so forth
· Compensation
· Variety Coaching
· Advantages to incorporate medical insurance coverage, retirement plan (state what sort), tuition reimbursement, and so forth.
· Journey and per diem charges
