Hello All!
There are a few good motivators involved in the organization I work for. My boss is a great motivator for my company and he has been the best boss I have ever worked for. My boss makes sure to drive change when it is needed and he rewards his employees for their positive actions. One thing that I envy about my boss that a lot of leaders don’t understand is that everyone learns differently. With my boss being a CEO of a big company before opening his own, he has learned that not everyone learns the same and he knows how to adapt to peoples learning styles. Twice a year my boss reserves a dinner for all the employees to attend and bond and I think this is a great thing to do as a leader and this motivates employees to keep up their good work. Once I am graduated in May, I am thinking about opening my own delivery service. My boss has been very helpful over the last year of me working for him learn all the ins and outs of the business aspect of the company. This has been something I have been telling him I wanted to learn for a while. He has also helped me align all the things I will need in order to get the business in operation. He has been nothing but motivating for me since working for him. I think motivation most of the time comes from a person but a organization can definitely be motivating in itself. I think for an organization to be motivating in itself, all of the employees working for the organization needs to be happy and motivating. I think the people who make up the company need all be motivating in order for the organization to be motivating.

Hello everyone!
In the organization where I work, there are a few good motivators. My employer is a wonderful motivator for my company and the best boss I’ve ever worked for. My boss ensures that change is implemented when it is required, and he recognizes and rewards his employees for their positive acts. One thing I admire about my boss that many leaders fail to recognize is that everyone learns differently. My employer learnt as a CEO of a large corporation before starting his own that not everyone learns the same way, and he knows how to adjust to different people’s learning styles. My supervisor organizes a dinner for all of the staff to attend and bond with twice a year.
