United States Airforce
The United States uses the military, national power instrument both abroad and at home to maintain its national security goals. The primary purpose of the United States Armed Forces is to ensure the winning of the country’s war (Moore, 2018). The military is powerful as it comprises the complete military capability aspect that opposes external power. Coercion creates impacts through the force application (to incorporate the force threat) to induce an enemy or avert the country being compelled (Kelly, 2011). Also, the military instrument has different capabilities that are essential in non-conflict conditions, including foreign relief. The United States military always abides by the nation’s constitutional principles, standards, and values for professional arms.
Among the four used national power instruments (informational, diplomatic, military, and economic), the military aspect has had the most influence on the cycle of the US interaction with other countries. Generally, the army’s strength influences a nation’s ability to execute its will on another country (Garnett, 2021). The military aspect of the US allows the country to be the first to explore the world and dominate other nations. Many governments used this particular use of the military element of national power to free themselves from American influence (Horn, 2014). The military instrument would ensure that the Americans would relate with and govern other countries.
Joint force is the term used in describing the collective capacities and capabilities of land, maritime, and air and special operations of the military. Also, joint forces is the capability of the forces to exploit, coordinate, and control the air field in the quest of the collective objective. The purpose of the crisis response is to help armed forces after, during, and before the disaster. During crisis response, the military community always experiences certain risks. The main threat faced by the air force team during crisis response is the loss of airmen (Perkins, 2020). The main goal of the air force safety is to protect the space professionals and airmen safeguarding the nation. However, sometimes during crisis response, things do not always work as expected, resulting in the airman’s death.
