An Exploration Study on Water Governance and Management Performance of Surface Water Resources: A Case Study in The State of
Water governance refers to the ways in which decisions about water management and use are made, as well as the mechanisms and processes that are in place to ensure that water resources are used in a sustainable and equitable manner. It involves balancing the needs of different stakeholders, including communities, industries, agriculture, and the environment.
Effective water governance is essential for the sustainable management of surface water resources, which include lakes, rivers, and other bodies of water that are found on the surface of the Earth. These resources are vital for human and environmental health, and they provide a range of benefits, including irrigation, hydropower, drinking water, and recreation.
To ensure the sustainable management of surface water resources, it is important to have effective systems in place for:
Data collection and monitoring: This involves collecting and analyzing data on the quantity and quality of surface water resources, as well as the impacts of water management practices on these resources.

selected PhD’s Thesis must have a comprehensive and detailed design processes
on their Theoretical Framework and Conceptual Framework, and those selected
Thesis must also have a complete diagram (the Flowchart Diagram) of their
Theoretical Framework and Conceptual Framework as shown in a sample diagram
below (Figure 1).
